About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Room Leader to join our Early Years Centre, located in Rose Bay. In this position, you will work collaboratively with our teachers to provide high-quality assistance in all areas of class/student learning and management. This is a fast paced role within a 26 place centre, whereby you will be required to work on the floor throughout the week.This is a permanent full-time position, ideally to commence as soon as possible. Essential to the role:Diploma-level qualifications in Early Childhood EducationAbility to deliver well sequenced teaching and learning programs which engage students and promote learningStrong verbal and non verbal communication skills to support student understanding, engagement and achievementDevelop opportunities for parent/carer involvement in the educative processAbility to create an inclusive and supportive learning environmentHigh attention to detail, particularly with maintaining clear records and student portfolios Demonstrated experience working with The National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
